Can I Set the App to Automatically Sync Data?

If you are interested in "real-time" data, you can set your 2nd Sight app (FairTrak, QuickPick, FairPick Lite, TCTrak) to auto sync in the Config section.

Note: Internet access is required for data to sync up to the Portal. The handheld must be connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network by purchasing and installing a SIM card.

To enable Auto Sync

  1. Press and hold the Config button
  2. Tap the box next to Auto Sync Disabled
  3. Slide the bar to set the auto sync time interval (from 5 to 60 minutes)
