If you work with more than one Customer Portal account, you will need to switch your Registration Station account in order to properly program badges by doing the following:

1. Search for "FairPick" on your computer by using the Windows search bar

2. Open the FairPick folder

3. Delete the Data and Log folders

4. Plug the RFID Reader/Writer into a USB port

5. Open the Registration Station app

6. Enter the Customer ID and Customer Secret of the Portal account (find this on the Portal under "My Account")

7. Click "Register"

8. Enter your username and password

You will need to perform these steps every time you switch accounts.
