Managing Cost Centers and Locations for import into AgStar Report

Setup the Location and Cost Center correlations on the Portal. Improper setup will produce “N/A” on the custom AgStar report.

 

CostCenter:Location

  • The “CostCenter:Location” list is a map that for your custom AgStar report.

  • Warning: Do not attach “CostCenter:Location” to a Task.

Add CostCenter:Location

1.    Select Manage a Lists

2.    Select “CostCenter:Location”

3.    Select “Add Item”

4.    Add the Cost Center Code

  • The “Location” list must be titled “Location”.

  • The list will include your location names.

  • Employees see these names.

  • Note: Attach the “Location” list to your Tasks.

 

Add Location

1.    Select Manage a Lists

2.    Select “Location”

3.    Select “Add Item”

4.    Add the Location name
